AED wants to make sure that you have plenty of time to prepare for your Summit experience. Below is an overview of what you will need to do before attending the industry’s most essential event for equipment distributors:
REGISTER FOR SUMMIT
Remember, the more team members you bring, the better the discount you receive! In fact, if you register seven or more team members, the registration price per person is as low as $350! This year, AED is offering two options to attend Summit, virtually or in-person.
IMPORTANT SUMMIT REGISTRATION NOTE
Attendees can choose to change their in-person registration to a virtual registration at any time. If you wish to do so, please email help@aednet.org to inform the AED team.

It is important to know that there are TWO room blocks setup, one for attendees and one for exhibitors. Please be sure to reserve within the right roomblock that pertains to you.

Beware of Unofficial Housing Offers!

Although these companies represent themselves as the “official” housing source, they are not authorized by AED and may provide false information regarding the availability of rooms at the conference hotel.

Programming for Summit begins on Monday, May 24. AED recommends traveling to Las Vegas on Sunday, May 23, and departing on Thursday, May 27.

Join us Monday, May 24, for The AED Foundation Fundraising Gala in Las Vegas. The Gala will take place on-site at the Mirage Hotel. Please join us for a spectacular evening, which will include an open bar, live and silent auctions, and entertainment. We will also be honoring the winning AED Foundation’s Knapheide Technicians of the Year Awards and presenting the Lester J. Heath III, Foundation Champion, and Foundation Partner awards.
You will need to purchase a ticket to attend this event.
SET UP AN ON-SITE MEETING
Private meeting spaces have been part of Summit since the first convention more than 100 years ago. Today more than ever, hospitality suites are heavily utilized by finance companies and manufacturers with established dealer networks. BROWSE EXHIBITORS ON THE CONDEX FLOOR
The CONDEX show floor is an ideal place for dealers to find everything they need to support and grow their business. Exhibitors include a wide variety of technology companies, insurance and finance companies, and emerging manufacturers, often new to the North American market, looking for equipment distribution partners.

PLAN YOUR EDUCATION SESSIONS IN ADVANCE
