Registration includes access to all AED Summit events except the AED Foundation Fundraising Gala, which is an optional, tax-deductible purchase. You will be prompted during the registration process to include or exclude this event.

Note 1: Conference room block details for the host hotel are shared only with registered attendees. This information is included in the confirmation email sent to each attendee after registration is completed. Rooms in the conference block are available to registered attendees only.
Note 2: If you are registering someone other than yourself or registering a group and do not see the Group Registration option during Step 1 of the registration process, please contact us at aedsummit@aednet.org to request administrative access. This access will enable the Group Registration feature.
Note 3: If you have a discount code provided by AED as an exhibitor or sponsor, enter it in Step 5 of the registration process. The default prices will automatically update to reflect your eligible discounted rates.

Hotel Room Block Details:
- Rate: $289 + tax (single/double occupancy)
- Additional Guests: $20 per person, per night (children under 17 stay complimentary)
- Resort Fee: Waived
- Reservation Cut-Off Date: Wednesday, December 30, 2026 (or when hotel room block is full)
- Cancellation Policy: 5 days prior to arrival
Access to the conference hotel block is limited to registered attendees only. The link to book within the hotel room block will be provided to each registered attendee in the confirmation email they will receive. We encourage each attendee to book their own room individually.
