Sponsor the AED Summit Live! broadcast during CONDEX hours.  AED Summit Live! will bring live interviews of exhibitors and attendees to social media sharing though leadership topics from the entertainment stage in the CONDEX Regency Foyer.  Sponsor’s logo will appear in the banner behind the interviewers along  with the AED Summit Live! logo and sponsor can provide a brief message that will be read by the interviewer before each session.  6 to 8 sessions are planned throughout the CONDEX hours which will include one interview slot for the sponsoring company

Summit “Masters” Golf Sponsorship

This fully enclosed golf simulator will be located in the CONDEX hall and provides a great opportunity for brand awareness and lead generation.   Your booth can be located next to the simulator for excellent foot traffic throughout the show hours or attendees can be required to visit your booth to obtain a simulator contest game card.

The simulator package includes a free $10k “Hole in One” Contest with 1^st swing of each attempt eligible for the price. All setup, tear down, clubs, balls, and staffing with an experienced professional. The technician will run the simulator and assist the player to keep things moving smoothly.

Branding includes on-screen ads, messages, and/or company logos, either on the fairway or as full-screen billboard size ads displayed between shots.

Sponsor can offer prizes to generate show leads for the Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin which are automatically tracked by the simulator system and displayed on the leaderboard. Simulator will be open during all CONDEX hours and promoted through onsite signage with your company logo and through event messages and notifications.

Sponsor the 3D Avatar Scanner which will create a digital 3D scan of the attendees that can be customized to feature your brand.  Sponsorship includes branded online shop, emails, social sharing links, and your brand on any figurines purchased by attendees.   Branded scanner wrap is available for additional $5000.  Attendees can self-purchase a 3D printed figurine of their choosing featuring your branding on the base.

Sponsor can visit with attendees while they wait, or attendees can be required to visit your booth or suite to obtain a 3D Avatar Scanner ticket for a complimentary 3D Scan.  Sponsor can optionally cover the cost for a base figurine for attendees with ticket option if desired which will be billed separately at cost by the services provider.

Sponsorship includes staff to set up and run scanner and store from 10:30am to 5pm from January 15^th to 17^th during Summit.   Scanner booth can be located in the CONDEX hall (would be limited to CONDEX hours only on the 16^th and 17^th) or can be located in the Conference Center Foyer / Rotunda (would be open during CONDEX and Education Sessions hours).

Professional Headshot Studio Sponsorship

Professional headshot services to be offered on Thursday, January 16^th and Friday, January 17^th in CONDEX during CONDEX hours for attendees to have a professional photo taken with digital copy sent to them for their own use.

Sponsor will be provided with signage at the event. Sponsor can staff the photo booth and meet with attendees as their photo is taken.

AED will include a sponsored postcard invitation to attendees in their registration packets inviting them to the booth for a headshot. Postcards should be double-sided and 5.5″ w x 4.25” h and be provided to AED in digital format for printing no later than December 1st.
