AED PAC Contribution Form

AED PAC can only accept contributions from a restricted class of individuals. The eligible restricted class includes U.S. citizens that are executives or administrative personnel of a company that belongs to AED and the association’s senior staff. If you are not a member of the restricted class described above, you cannot make a contribution to AED PAC. NOTE: Should a contribution be made by an individual who does not meet the requirements of the restricted class, a refund will be issued.

Federal law requires AED PAC to obtain prior approval from before soliciting or receiving your PAC donation. If you haven’t done so, please complete the solicitation consent form before making your contribution.

Your AED PAC contribution will advance the industry’s public policy agenda and promote AED’s government affairs program. By giving to AED PAC, you are also giving yourself and other AED members the opportunity to build relationships with lawmakers. These relationships ensure the association’s policy positions are delivered to key lawmakers and give the industry a “seat at the table” during the legislative process.
