AGCO API Integration Available through Charter Software’s ASPEN Dealership System

AGCO dealers using Charter Software’s popular ASPEN dealership management system can now access the new AGCO electronic transactions using the ASPEN AGCO Communications Interface. The latest enhancement to the program includes Phase I of AGCO Parts Integration (API) a new, voluntary AGCO dealer program with multiple benefits.

Currently, the API integration provides participating dealers with an automated process for submitting parts data from ASPEN to AGCO’s D2D Exchange, a program that makes parts inventory visible between AGCO dealers to assist them with selling parts. The second phase the API integration with ASPEN will allow dealers to submit data to AGCO for analysis to receive stocking recommendations to improve their parts inventory. Charter Software will complete Phase II of this integration for ASPEN next quarter.

Forthcoming AGCO dealer initiatives as they are certified by AGCO, will be included in the ASPEN AGCO Communications Interface at no additional charge. “This integration provides dealers with functionality necessary to meet AGCO’s Dealer Excellence requirements as well as tools they need to remain competitive, streamline work flow and eliminate errors,” said Charter Software President Anne Salemo.
