PPP FAQ Document Updated to Restrict Larger Companies from Benefiting

On April 23, the U.S. Department of Treasury updated it’s FAQ document related to the Paycheck Protection Program: https://home.treasury.gov/system/files/136/Paycheck-Protection-Program-Frequently-Asked-Questions.pdf

The modification focused on question 31, which limits large companies from applying for funds that should be going to small businesses after several restaurant chains received PPP loans while many small businesses were left out.
